The monthly production capacity is about 10 million yards, with six pad dyeing lines equipped with German KUSTERS uniform rolling mill and Mohlo photoelectric weft straightener, three circular screen printing lines, equipped with Italian carbon brush sanding machine, super soft machine and fully automatic CNC airflow dyeing machine, fully automatic CNC high temperature winding dyeing and overflow equipment, equipped with international standard ITS detection system, and dedicated purification and softening water treatment facilities.
